Mere words aren't enough to describe the Resto Bistro Rumeur situated in the Hotel V in Gatineau. The word "contemporary" lacks force and "modern" doesn't say enough. "Hot" is short of the mark.

The cuisine consists of tasty original dishes which are entirely of our own preparation. Our menu offers such choices as tapas, salads, roasts and desserts to satisfy all tastes and budgets. Thanks to the enthusiasm of the whole team, we consider this cuisine to be contemporary, electric and in tune with today's tastes.

The lounge section, where the style and menu are more relaxed, is equipped with flat screens and looks out on a quiet terrace offering its patrons a memorable experience.
